The attractive graphics establish a family feeling with the catalogues. It is clearly accessible both from desktop PCs and handheld devices.
Products are divided by categories, and can be selected either using the drop-down menu or the list displayed on the home page. A genuine online catalogue that proposes the complete range of devices and equipment for both land and satellite acquisition of TV signals, air conditioners, backup power units, inverters, TVs, satellite devices for navigation, video cameras and screens, multimedia systems and photovoltaic modules.
The website is presented in 5 languages (Italian, German, English, French and Dutch), and provides a data sheet for each product, along with pictures. The press release section highlights the company’s latest news. The section on European trade fairs attended by Teleco either directly or through its business partners is packed with news. The Service Partner section features a geolocation map of all service centres based in Europe, with address, telephone number and email.
The complex Customer Support section includes a product registration area, the file archive for software updates to all Teleco products, the Manuals area with instructions of all products currently in the catalogue and a section with technical information. The last two sections are, instead, for Service Partners in order to streamline work during servicing and installation activities. Lastly, the download area presents the latest catalogues for download.
