1) THE CONSIGNMENT NOTE (CMR) MUST BE ADDRESSED TO : TELECO Srl Via Majorana, 49 48022 LUGO (RA)
2) METHOD OF SHIPMENT : The goods must ABSOLUTELY be forwarded CARRIAGE PAID.
3) The goods must be complete in every part, suitably packed and (where provided) in its original package.
4) TELECO Srl cannot be held responsible for damages on products which are greater than those declared on this form.
5) TELECO Srl may return the goods to the sender by carriage forward in the following cases: a) the CMR is missing, b) the CMR is not accompanied by this Form, c) the package is damaged and/or tampered with.
6) A copy of the purchase document must be enclosed to the returned goods.
