Teleco at the Caravan Salon in Dusseldorf
Despite the decrease in the number of new recreational vehicle registrations, at the Caravan Salon Teleco SpA showed that it still attracts great interest among camper enthusiasts from Germany and other European countries.
The accessories that captured most attention from visitors were the new Voyager G3 manual tracking antenna range and the generator range from the Energy line with the drawer bottom.
The Teleco stand was also given a new look this year, conceived by a major German designer.

The number of visitors to the accessories hall was definitely very encouraging.
Unlike camper and caravan owners from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the Italians have shown a preference for the monobloc air conditioners from the Silent line, an indication of the very high temperatures in most holiday resorts.

The air conditioner comes back from its round the world trip
After travelling for 80 days and more than 24,000 km on the roof of the Poessl motor-home, the Silent 5300 H air conditioner came back to the Telair base.
A detailed technical report made by the Telair lab revealed that:
The Silent 5300 H air conditioner remains integral and when operational still offers the same climate control features as described in the catalogue, i.e. about 5300 Btu in cooling mode and almost 5600 Btu in heating mode.
In addition, on the gauge control, the nominal pressure observed is the same, thus excluding even a tiny leak of refrigerant gas.
The plastic exterior does not show any sign of ageing, e.g. discoloration, yellowing or cracking.
The fastening screws on the outside do not show any trace of rust or flaking on the galvanizing coating.
Overall, the accessory has shown it can offer guaranteed performance without any kind of maintenance, either current or extraordinary. |
