Technical course for Spanish installers

For years Teleco SpA has been constantly committed to training up the technicians who install our accessories: satellite antennas, air conditioners and generators. Every year, in fact, Teleco organises, at European level, about 15 training and updating courses for installation technicians in various languages that include English, Dutch, Belgian, French, Spanish and German.

In addition to strengthening a relationship of mutual professional trust between manufacturer and dealer, these courses also offer a perfect opportunity for technicians to improve their Teleco/Telair installation and repair skills.

On 8th and 9th June of this year the new Teleco SpA headquarters in Lugo di Romagna hosted a technical training course aimed as much at installers as at sales personnel, both operating in Spain.

The 40 participants were accompanied by Spain’s official Teleco/Telair dealer, Naucca Caravaning. During the two days the company offered its technical know-how via a series of practical demonstrations illustrating how to install air conditioners and satellite antennas; there was also a brief theory seminar aimed at marketing managers, who often have to advise their customers how to choose the accessory most suitable for their specific needs.

At the end of the second day the Group had the opportunity to visit all the recently renewed departments inside the company, where over 60 people are employed in the production of air conditioners, antennas and generators.

Pößl event a resounding success in Austria

Teleco was honoured to take part in an event marking the 20th anniversary of the German company Pössl, with its own promotional vehicle and stand.

During the event Teleco personnel were on hand to show their products to campers inside a stunning campsite.

It was an amazing celebration, which included both the presentation of new products and entertainment thanks to the various excursions held around the Austrian town.

Via the Teleco promotional vehicle, the audience was able to get a close up look at how the various accessories installed on it work and ask our staff all about the technical and sales information.

The number of campers who visited the event, including Germans and many Italians, exceeded the organisers’ expectations.

Teleco in Austria for Pössl’s 20th anniversary celebrations

Teleco is honoured to inform customers it will be taking part at the important event marking the 20th anniversary of well-known German brand, Pössl, with both a promotional vehicle and a stand.

Commencement of the festivities has been planned for Thursday, 10th June at 4pm at the Schluga Camping Hermagor (Austria) campsite, and will open with speeches by several members of the regional authorities.

The following morning, after an excursion in the charming surroundings of the Austrian valleys, participants will be able to attend the small accessories fair set up at the same campsite.

Exhibitors include Teleco, with its automatic and manual pointing system antennae, air conditioners with heat pump from the Silent range, and much more besides.

Our promotional vehicle will enable the public to see exactly how the various accessories installed onboard the vehicle work, and to ask our staff about any technical and sales information they need.

A second excursion, this time on a bus, will take place at nine o’clock on Saturday morning. Visitors will be driven to the resort of Möslalm, then continue on their “journey” in the early afternoon, this time through the culinary specialities of the famous Austrian speck ham producing farmhouse.
